Complete planning, concept development, hotel management. Operational analysis, feasibility analysis, positioning, business planning, financial planning, strategy development, interior design, hotel classification, own management & operation with Swiss Design Hotels.
Thanks to general planning, we were able to significantly develop the property and considerably increase capacity while retaining the same amount of space. With the new bar, lounge and lobby in a prime location, we were finally able to give the hotel a face on the ground floor. Where the Globus sales area used to be, the vibrant life of the Bristol is now immediately noticeable.
