About This Project
The traditional Pinte restaurant has always been a popular meeting place in the centre of the village. This is where local originals meet regulars and adventurers travelling through, enjoy home-style cooking and toast to life with a beer or wine.
Development of the business and hotel concept, own hotel operation. Positioning, business planning, financial planning, strategy development, interior design, remodelling of the restaurant. Own operation with Swiss Design Hotels.
The Hotel Bellevue-Pinte, directly neighbouring the Bergwelt, is the oldest hotel in Grindelwald and is part of the new Alpine Design Resort, the Bergwelt Grindelwald. The reopening after a gentle renovation took place at the beginning of June 2021.
