On behalf of the Uri Cantonal Spatial Planning Office, we developed a comprehensive land-use concept and a hotel feasibility study.
The Tellsplatte area on Lake Lucerne offers attractive potential for a forward-thinking hotel project. The existing restaurant and hotel are in need of renovation, making new construction or a comprehensive refurbishment necessary. The aim was to position the property as an attractive destination – either as a vibrant 3-star group hotel or a high-quality 4-star individual hotel with around 60–80 rooms. Complementary additional uses and modern gastronomy round off the concept and create a tourist beacon project at a culturally and historically significant location.
