For Naturpärke Schweiz and Diemtigtal Tourism, on behalf of beco Berner Wirtschaft, we developed the tourism concept, repositioning, product design, and business plan for the nature park hotel. We are solving a classic challenge – the succession solution for a traditional Swiss business – in a decidedly unconventional way.
Carried by the whole valley and a strong patronage committee, we want to break new ground and impress with a unique offering in conjunction with nature. This is proving popular, and already more than a third of the investment sum has been financed.
