On behalf of the owners, in collaboration with HTW Chur and Ecoptima AG, we developed an innovative tourism concept with stylish stilt pavilions, which are integrated as fully utilized tourist apartments into a structured accommodation business.
Within the project team, the pavilions have undergone preliminary architectural design, economic evaluation, and have been conceived as attractive investment properties. The owners are investing in the pavilions, while the existing Forellensee Gastro AG will professionally manage operations, guest relations, and tourist rentals. This creates an integrated solution that combines comfort, quality of experience, and economic viability, thereby strengthening the Forellensee as a year-round destination.
