We are developing the strategy, further development, and comprehensive business planning for a large residential and training centre in Switzerland. Together with the client, we are placing particular emphasis on a coherent and unique operational and positioning concept. This resulted in a business plan for a unique resort with approximately 200 beds and various ancillary uses, which was awarded by the Swiss Hotel Credit Society (SGH).
