For private ownership, we have created a new business hotel in the centre of Basel from two distinct hotels, which has been highly accepted by guests. The demanding conversion of both properties into a single, connected product was crucial. Under significant time pressure, all renovation work took place precisely between trade fairs.
We were responsible for the complete planning and concept development, including operational analysis, feasibility analysis, business planning, financial planning, strategy development, interior design, hotel classification, and positioning.
