Hotel Wettstein Basel

For private owners, we designed a new, highly popular business hotel in the middle of Basel, by combining two diverse hotels. Our management of the challenging conversion of both hotels into a single connected product was decisive for the outcome. Under extreme deadline pressure, all alterations took place precisely between trade fairs.

We were responsible for the complete planning process and concept development. Operational analysis, feasibility analysis, positioning, business planning, financial planning, strategy development, interior architectural design, hotel classification, owner management & operations.
